The Town is seeking your help to name Innisfail’s handivan service!
Innisfail will soon have a brand new community handivan to continue providing local service for seniors and residents with limited mobility. The bus is set to arrive and be in full operation in April 2019.
The service operates as follows:
Mon – Tues…….8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wed – Fri…….…8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sat – Sun……….9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 one way within Innisfail – $50.00 return trip to Red Deer or Olds.

This contest was inspired by other communities who have named their handivan service the Sunshine Bus, Action Bus, EasyRide Bus, Venture Van, or Freedom Express. The winning name should reflect the service provided to residents and/or our unique community values.

All entries received before the February 25th deadline will be shortlisted by the Innisfail Transportation Review Committee, and then Innisfail Town Council will select the winning name. The winning entry will be announced via the Town’s various media streams.
