The Town of Innisfail is developing a Feasibility Study to determine the level of need for recreation, leisure, and cultural services and amenities in Innisfail and to provide refreshed priorities for investment into facilities and programming. Gathering input from area residents on the current state of these services and future needs for recreation, leisure, and culture is an important part of planning.

In mid-May, each household will receive a postcard in the mail containing a unique ten-digit access code. Residents can use this code to access our online survey.

 Please have an adult in your household complete our questionnaire by considering the needs of all members of your household. All responses are anonymous. 

Please complete the questionnaire by June 14th. The questionnaire may take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It is best if you complete all questions in one session, however you are able to finish it in multiple sessions. Once you click the “Submit” button at the end of the questionnaire you will be unable to use your code to access the questionnaire.
