The Town’s waste collection contractor has given notice that regular curbside recycling collection will resume during the week of July 6-8, 2020.
With an anticipated larger volume of recycling, collection staff may require extra time to complete their routes.
For those wishing to reduce the amount of any stored recycling, we remind you that the waste transfer station accepts household recycling at no extra charge to Innisfail residents.
During the week of July 6-8, please ensure that any recycling not contained in your green recycling bin is clearly marked. Secure any paper which might come loose in windy conditions.
Update: Plastics numbered 1 through 7 will now be accepted with your recycling. Acceptable items also include paper, cardboard and metal items such as cans & tins. Unacceptable items still include glass jars & bottles, plastic bags or rolled plastic.
