Over the next several weeks, Town Council and Administration will be reviewing options for the modernization of the Innisfail Aquatic Centre.
On Monday, August 31, Town Council and Administration took part in a day-long workshop reviewing all the options available to update the Aquatic Centre, ranging from maintenance to renovation through to new construction. The Town will now further review the information presented and will move forward to create a vision for the future of the Aquatic Centre.
The review will build upon previous studies, reports and engagements which have indicated several elements of the Aquatic Centre are in need of upgrading or replacement.
As part of this process, steps will be taken to ensure opportunities will exist for stakeholders to provide input.
