The Town of Innisfail has successfully filled the previously vacant position of Director of Corporate
Services. Following a thorough public recruitment process, Erica Vickers — previously the Town’s
Finance Manager — officially assumed the role on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
During her time with the Town, Erica has demonstrated a strong commitment to the organization and
the community. She brings to the position an extensive background in a wide variety of disciplines such
as finance, insurance, law, and systems management. Her accrued knowledge in these areas will
serve her well in fulfilling her new duties.
“Erica has proven to be an excellent member of our team. Having her serve as a director will
only strengthen the organization’s core systems,” said Chief Administrative Officer Todd Becker. “I
believe her skills and abilities will ultimately improve the quality of service the Town can offer to the
community.”
Vickers, who has been an employee of the Town since August of 2015, will now oversee a number
of Town functions relating to finance, human resources, information technology, procurement &
assurance, and risk management.
