Earlier this year, the Town of Innisfail enlisted the services of the firm Ipsos to undertake a Citizen Perspectives Survey, gathering feedback from the community on a number of issues. Ipsos, a firm which has extensive experience in conducting municipal public-opinion surveys, contacted Innisfail residents by telephone over a period of several weeks late this summer and early this fall.
Town Council and Administration now have a solid base of information to build upon. The feedback gathered will help influence the important decisions that will shape our community’s future.
With the survey complete, Ipsos has provided the Town with a full report relaying the results. The report was presented at the October 12, 2021 Regular Meeting of Council.
