There are a number of ways to get active and involved in the community and build connections.
Neighbours Helping Neighbours
Snow Angels help remove snow from the driveways and walkways of those who cannot, and provide an extremely valuable service to the community.
A Friendly Caller regularly checks in with a community senior or shut-in client by phone, at least once a week, lasting between 15-30 minutes.
Throughout the summer months, Garden Angels lend a helping hand to those who have trouble keeping up with basic lawn care including weeds, mowing, or gardening.

Moovers & Groovers
Moovers & Groovers is an in-person and online follow-along exercise program for adults. It includes strength exercises, balance exercises, and stretches.
Maintain or improve your health, fitness, day-to-day functioning, and quality of life by attending this class regularly. A PCN Exercise Specialist leads you through safe and appropriate exercises for a wide range of fitness levels each day.
Movers & Groovers is a year-round drop-in class. You can attend as many times as you like. In fact, we encourage you to attend often!
