Monthly Utility E-Billing Terms and Conditions 1) Utility bills will be emailed to the applicants email address at the time utility bills are processed. 2) It is the responsibility of the applicant to monitor whether or not they have received their utility bill by email each month. A HARD COPY OF UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE MAILED. 3) Emailed utility bills do not have the micro encoding for payment at your Financial Institution. E-Billing may be paid online, telephone banking or at the Town of Innisfail office. 4) Applicants are responsible for advising the Town, in writing, of any changes required, including applicant information, account information, sale of the property, cancellation of the e-billing. 5) E-Billing is ONLY provided for property owner(s). This personal information is collected under the authority of Section 4 of the Protection of Privacy Act for the purpose of the utility e-billing process and purposes consistent with that use.
