Healthy Eating for Ages 0-6

Innisfail's Family Resource Network has partnered with Alberta Health Services Nutrition Services to offer a free educational workshop promoting healthy eating for children aged 0 to 6 years. Join a Registered Dietitian and Dietetic Intern to learn about: helping baby accept new foods, tips for making mealtimes positive, providing good nutrition for your growing little one, cooking together with your kids, recipes that include foods provided in a FREE FOOD BASKET!
