In early 2022, Innisfail Town Council and Senior Management met to discuss priorities for the duration of Council’s 2021-2025 term with an eye to how Innisfail will change during that time and well into the future.
Through this process, Council set a vision for the community and prepared a set of goals that illustrate the important changes needed during the next four years.
Council reviewed the Town of Innisfail Strategic Plan 2022-2025 at the July 4, 2022 Agenda & Priorities Committee meeting. Along with reviewing the draft plan, Administration provided an overview of the plan’s supporting actions.
On Monday, July 11, 2022, Council formally adopted the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
