Land Use Bylaw
The Town of Innisfail’s new Land Use Bylaw regulates how land and buildings may be used and developed within the community. The bylaw establishes land use districts, development regulations, parking requirements, signage regulations, and other standards that guide growth and development in Innisfail. The new Land Use Bylaw was adopted in 2026 and has been modernized to improve usability, clarify regulations, support current development practices, and align with the Town’s updated planning framework.
